Check out Caffeine Addicts Anonymous (CAFAA), a 12-step program for those struggling with caffeine--whether you call it "caffeine addiction" or just want to quit for other reasons. The twelve steps and our fellowship can help!
Using the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, we’ve created a fellowship of men and women who share your desire to stop using caffeine. Whether you are using caffeine or not, if you want to learn more, cut back, quit, or something in between, we welcome you.

Having trouble with caffeine addiction?

We hold two free teleconference-call meetings a week: A 45-minute meeting at 8 pm Eastern every Thursday and a 30-minute meeting at 2 pm Eastern every Sunday. Both are based on discussion of specific readings in "The 12 Steps and 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous," changing the word "alcohol" to "caffeine."

Call 605-475-2875. At the prompt, enter the access code 1606875 followed by the pound (#) key.

If you get to the call but hear a "heavy call volume" message, there are two other phone numbers you can use to enter our meeting (same access code). The alternate numbers are:  712-832-8308 or 218-339-7811

People living in countries other than the U.S. can call using  one of these phone numbers  that

will either be free or very low cost depending on your country. The access code is the same.
