Having trouble with caffeine addiction or just want to quit?

Caffeine Addicts Anonymous (CAFAA)

Caffeine Addicts Anonymous follows the 12-step program developed by Alcoholics Anonymous. We meet by free teleconferencing for forty-five minutes every Thursday evening at 8 pm Eastern Time. Please refer to the home page for more detail.

The meetings focus on reading a few paragraphs from the 12 & 12, then sharing with three or four-minute shares.

Leaders are simply volunteers who agree to lead the next meeting. Our leaders are but trusted servants; they do not govern.

On the last Thursday of the month we change the focus to a discussion meeting with either a speaker or a topic, and hold a 15-minute business meeting at the end of the regularly scheduled call.

There are no dues. The only requirement for membership is a desire to be free of caffeine.
